To Do

  2. Go over all the things you agreed upon with your suppliers and service providers to avoid any misunderstandings during the event, such as extra blooms, specific music to be played, gluten free dishes and so on.
  3. Before leaving to the event, make sure you have everything you need, from tip money for the suppliers to accessories, special clothes, any disk with a presentation or a song you prepared, lap top or back up disk-on-key.
  4. Pay attention to your daughter that day, after all the event is all about her. Make sure she is not over excited, help her relax and enjoy the event.


Not to Do

  1. Do not keep your valuables in your car such as money gifts or presents and do not leave the money safe unattended.
